Was the movie about Jim Morrison & The Doors a good memory or a nighmare to watch?
Thanksgiving Dinner The scene also recalled memories I had forgotten about. Any other "seniors" out there who have been party animals in the years 1960 and want to share your opinion on this movie and the memories of those crazy days? Oops, I forgot the "T" in the nightmare. "
Loved the book "No One Here Gets Out Alive" and the movie was wonderful too, although the movies are never as good as the book. Val Kilmer was fabulous as Jim Morrison and reflects the smoldering sexuality, Morrison was his trademark, and the inspiration of my youth. YEOW! Brought back wonderful memories free love, pre-AIDS era ……….. ah, these are fun times! If you are a Doors fan, you should see the exhibition at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame here in Cleveland. Liked to see a Christmas card Morrison wrote in high school he said: "Have - a cool Yule and a fabulous 1" was a poet, even as a kid, I often wonder what it was like an old dude.
