Is a service plan from Circuit City on a laptop usually cover the repair if it was dropped and the screen Broken?

Last night I accidentally dropped my laptop and now the screen is broken inside. In addition, it will not go past the loading screen of Windows that you can barely see through the cracks. Anyone have any experience with service plans Circuit City can help me?

Only if your plan says ACCIDENTAL damage from handling on it somewhere. I think initials are DHA. Trust me.
