What is the best graphics card to work on Flash, Photoshop and other multimedia software?

I m planning for a laptop with an option graphics card, but confused between "Intel ® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100" and "256MB NVIDIA ® GeForce ® 8400M GS. Please I suggest that is the best option as a multimedia developer and ima work on tools like Flash and Photoshop.
